Practice Makes Perfect...

Today, I worked on my hand lettering skills. Hand lettering is one of my favorite hobbies. Personally, I believe in challenging myself to progress and grow in all that I do. Whether it be perfecting my three octave scales on the violin, working to increase back flexibility for dance, or in this case, hand lettering exercises, I strive for improvement. The hand lettering books that I used today offers a wide variety of lettering styles along with tips and tricks. My favorite part about practicing hand lettering has to be putting my own spin on the letters, because it really gets your creative juices flowing!
