The Outsiders

"The Outsiders" by S.E. Hinton is a must read. The novel shares the story of Ponyboy Curtis and his struggles with finding his place in society as a "Greaser". On one awful night, a dispute between the "Socials" and "Greasers" goes too far, and Ponyboy is left to question everything that he once knew. This story of identity, hardship, love, and pain relays a powerful message of hope. In my opinion, "The Outsiders" is a classic that can be enjoyed by all, and it is truly a remarkable book.
